Simple Diabetes Management
If you look at it one way, just changing your lifestyle and tweaking your habits can change the way you live with diabetes. Naturally treating diabetes is a safe option with no side effects, besides being inexpensive. All you have to have on your side is knowledge.
Some foods are harmful for diabetes. Avoidance or moderation in these foods is suggested. These are foods with a high sugar content, ice creams, chocolates, syrup, soft drinks, cookies, cakes and other “goodies.” Also on the avoidance list should be processed foods. Sugar and white flour are a strict no-no. In addition avoid alcohol on an empty stomach.
There are also foods that naturally help diabetics. Fruits, veggies and whole grains are helpful. These are better raw than cooked. Some of the nutrients get depleted by cooking. Also eat high fiber foods as well as drink plenty of water.
Some supplements must be taken as well. These include Magnesium, Vitamin E and C and Chromium. Chromium is naturally found in corn oil and mushrooms. Avoid vitamin B since it interferes with insulin absorption.
Above all exercise is salvation for diabetics. Of course you need to consult before an exercise regimen is begun. There are many other natural diabetes cures, however these should be done with proper consultation. Live natural and healthy and see the diabetes blues disappear.
